IDM boasts the latest technology for design engineering and fabrication that allows us to produce parts directly from customer's electronically-transferred CAD files. These systems, combined with our laser center, enable us to generate prototype sheet metal fabrications within hours of receiving files. This is true rapid sheet metal prototyping.

Powercoating & Silkscreening added
IDM has added a full powercoating and silkscreening operation to enhance our quality driven fabrication. By having this addition, IDM can maintain quality control in-house, as well as reduce turn around times for delivery. By controlling the powercoating process, IDM can pass on the savings to our customers. Highlights include two stand alone booths, a 'Class A' fully enclosed booth, a 12,000 BTU oven, and a full line of silkscreen development and application equipment.

IDM Moves to Massachusetts
IDM has expanded into a 10,000 sq. ft. facility conveniently located near the intersection of Rte 495 & Rte 20. This move will enable us to better serve our customers as well as expand on the services we can provide. Future plans include new fabrication machinery, a chromating line, a full powder coating line, and silkscreening.

NH Chamber of Commerce, Metal Fab is Solid Gold
The New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce listened to a little "heavy metal" last night. It sponsored a presentation by Integrated Dynamic Metals. The company's successful launch last month highlighted the challenges and opportunities of startups in today's volatile business climate. IDM spoke to the Chamber about funding, location requirements, equipment sourcing and employee recruiting.

NH IDM Acquires CT Fabricator Norwalk Precision, Inc
IDM Corp. announced its cash purchase of Norwalk Precision, Inc., a Connecticut-based metal fabrication shop. The purchase is indicative of IDM's rapid launch in the Northeast Market. Norwalk Precision, Inc. was founded in 1983 and was a supplier of precision custom sheet metal fabrication and assembly. Norwalk serviced a wide variety of New England industries, including Aircraft, Aerospace, Computer, Electronic, Machining, Medical, and Telecommunications. Norwalk's inventory of high-quality equipment has been succesfully tested and installed at IDM's new fabrication facility in Merrimack, NH.
